As per a PTI report, the actor has said that he will quit acting when he decides to turn into a full fledged filmmaker. "I am inclined towards filmmaking and I coincidentally directed Taare Zameen Par. I have been in love with filmmaking and acting and I can't alienate the two but what I can say right now is that I began my career as an actor and it excites me. The moment I become a full fledged filmmaker I will stop acting. Right now, I don't want to stop acting, that's why I am holding back the director inside me," Aamir told reporters in Mumbai.Aamir has also donned the producer s hat for movies like Lagaan, Secret Superstar, Dangal, Talaash, Delhi Belly, Peepli Live, Dhobi Ghat and Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. The actor reportedly also said that his aim and agenda is not to make money but only support good scripts.

The remake will be developed by both Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Khan s production company.
So, Aamir announced that his next film will be Lal Singh Chadha which will be inspired by the 1994 super hit film of Tom Hanks, Forrest Gump.
