Pakistan claimed Jadhav had been spying for India s Research amp; Analysis Wing when he was caught in 2017.The International Court of Justice said in a statement earlier this month that a public sitting of the court will take place at 3 pm local time (6.30 pm Indian Standard Time) at the Peace Palace. Judge Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, the president of the court, will read out the verdict. The International Court of Justice had concluded its hearing on February 21.

New Delhi: The monsoon floods in Assam claimed another life today, taking the number of deaths in the rain ravaged state to seven. Official sources said that over 20 lakh people have been affected in 25 of Assam #39;s 33 districts so far, and the situation will only get worse amid predictions of more rainfall in the hours to come. The rescue efforts are being led by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), which is actively evacuating people residing in low lying areas to relief camps across the state. Bablu Kumar Paswan drowned when he fell into a pit in Worli that was dug up as part of the construction for the coastal road project. A case of accidental death has been filed by the police.On Friday evening, at around 5pm, Paswan and two of his friends went to a public toilet near a construction site in Worli. ”The boy slipped and fell into the pit, ” said Sukhlal Varpe, senior police inspector, Worli police station.

He had been struck five times in both the chest and back with a 20 gauge shotgun, the Palestine Herald reports. No arrests were made at the time.

Alzheimer 's disease is the most common type of dementia and it accounts for almost 60 to 80 per cent of total dementia cases. The second most common dementia is vascular dementia, often suffered by stroke victims. Dementia causes cellular death and tissue loss ultimately leading to memory loss, behavioural problems and a loss of control over bodily functions. Unfortunately, while medication can slow its progress, there is, as yet, no known cure for this progressive disease.

Image Credit: Agency Huntington: A West Virginia woman has admitted to fatally stabbing her husband in the back with a 14 inch decorative dagger while the two were roughhousing as a part of sexual foreplay.The Huntington Herald Dispatch reports 49 year old Jennifer Lynn Via was sentenced to 15 years in prison for voluntary manslaughter in the 2017 death of Thomas Via, who was stabbed in the heart. Via's sentence may be reduced at a hearing next month.
