For the six months ended 30th September, BT reported a broadly flat pre tax profit of 1.3m, compared with the same period last year, while revenues fell 1% to 11.4m. New Delhi: Ericsson and Airtel enabled a 5G powered Connected Music performance during the inauguration of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2019 on Monday. A first for India, the show involved connecting two parts of a musical performance using a live 5G network and presenting it as one, for live audiences at both locations. One half of the performance had the singer and music composer, Siddharth Shankar Mahadevan perform Jai Ho from the film Slum Dog Millionaire , while a Swedish band played at the Ericsson booth, about 100 meters away.The demonstration showcased how 5G can develop robust and efficient ways of creating immersive experiences, giving audiences the feeling of immediacy.

The Galaxy A91 will reportedly support 45W fast charging instead ndash; it would be interesting to see if Samsung also bundles a 45W compliant charger in the box. For some perspective, the Galaxy Note 10 also supports 45W fast charging, but Samsung doesn 't bundle a 45W charger in the box. On to the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G comes with a triple camera setup on the rear ndash; a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultra wide lens with a 123 degree field of view, and a 5MP depth sensor for portrait photography. The Galaxy A91 is said to swap the 8MP ultra wide with a 12MP camera. On the front, the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G has a 32MP camera. The Galaxy A91 will reportedly have the same setup but with an aperture of f 2.2.
BT is about to start boosting broadband speeds across the UK. The company made the announcement during a blockbuster event this morning, where it also confirmed superfast EE 5G is no longer just reserved for EE customers, as well as the return of BT to the high street.
BT Mobile customers will be able access 5G in 20 major towns and cities across the UK from Friday 11 October, the company has confirmed.

BSNL Bharat Fibre: BSNL Bharat Fibre has two 50 Mbps plan offering 500GB and 600GB data for Rs 777 and Rs 849. The prices offered by BSNL Bharat are higher than the JioFibers starting pack but post the expiry of the data, BSNL's speed will drop to 2Mbps, which is higher than 1 Mbps offered by Jio post high speed limit. BSNL has also introduced a new 100 Mbps broadband plan priced at Rs 1,999 that offers 33GB of daily data and the speed would drop to 4Mbps post the expiry of the high speed data. For the same price, JioFiber offers 250Mbps speed. BSNL Bharat Fibre also offers 100 Mbps speeds on its Rs 1277 plan (750GB data) and Rs 2499 ( 40GB daily data). The Rs 4499 and Rs 5,999 plans offer 55GB and 80GB daily data per day. The BSNL's Rs 9999 broadband plan offers 100Mbps internet speed with a daily data cap of 120GB, but the post FUP speed is 8Mbps.Act Fibernet: ACT Fibernet operates in a number of cities and, just like JioFiber, offers speeds up to 1Gpbs. The 1 Gbps plans of ACT is available in select cities like Bangalore and Chennai. In Bangalore, the 1 Gbps plan is priced at Rs 5999 and comes with 2.5TB of data. ACT plans differ from city to city and the ISP also offers annual plans that offer free extra service and more FUP. ACT's non Giga plans start from Rs 1159 and go up to Rs 4999 and offer 100Mbps and more Internet speed, and data cap from 400GB up to 1500GB. ACT doesn't offer its services pan India and it only operates in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Eluru, Guntur, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kakinada, Lucknow, Madurai, Nellore, Rajahmundry, and Tirupati.
